I wasnt sure where to start with this, so I am coming to you first.

Am I the only one that has noticed that the city seems to be watering the S. Ninth medians and the grass beside the water park in the middle of the afternoon, in 100 degree temps, and most of the water seems to be running down the street anyway?

I feel in these times the last thing we need to be doing is wasting taxpayer water on some half dead grass in a median.

I cant afford to water my yard so I leave it to mother nature, why should I have to pay to water the median!
