“06” – Are you still laughing about Obama? I have a very sick stomach when I think about what’s going on with our country.

“29” – I’m hoping the NFL is locked out this year. Too bad they can’t lockout high school and college football too. Stupid sport.
“45” – I cannot believe how many people get arrested for DUI in this town! Do people not learn? I just don’t understand.
“22” – For the final time, there were no problems with the fireworks. That went as smoothly as possible. Good job Salina. Let all the naysayers eat crow! haha.
“90” – I say expand the jail to the size of Walmart. There are a limitless supply of people living in Salina that need to be incarcerated.
“23” – I’m ranting about all the ranting. Life is good people, stop griping so much. It could always be worse.
“14” – Rave: I had a great experience at Tucson’s. Great service and great food! Best steak around!
Anna (email) – I am a native of Salina and was back visiting over the weekend.
As I drove down Santa Fe Street I noticed all of the new statues throughout downtown. I couldn’t help but think to myself how much money these statues probably cost our city and tax payers.
I suggest spending the money to fix the roads and schools. Art work in our downtown area should be the last thing on our list to be purchasing. I know the liberals in Salina are really wanting to make this a community that supports the arts but we are Salina, a community of hard workers and families. If you want art go to Lawrence!
Quit spending our money on stupid indian statues and abstract art. Spend on our community….create jobs just do something smart for once!
