A semi collided with a train early Saturday morning according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
A semi driven by 34-year-old Marcus A. Taylor was westbound on U-36 near Seneca, KS at the time of the accident. Taylor reportedly failed to see the railroad crossing lights due to the fog. He attempted to avoid the train but struck the railroad crossing arm and then struck the train.
Taylor and his two passengers, 41-year-old Kimerly L. Hodson and a 9-year-old boy, were all transported to local hospitals with injuries.
