Thunderstorms are set to arrive Northern & Central Kansas tonight as well as most of Nebraska.

Capable of producing 50-55 mph gusts these thunderstorms cross the northern perimeter of mid-level high pressure that would be centered over Kansas.

This would translate into the thunderstorms moving in a northeast manner around 25 mph over Northwest Kansas & Western Nebraska before assuming a southeasterly movement as they approach Northern & Central Kansas later tonight.
