Beginning Thursday, August 18, 2011, southbound lanes on
Belmont Boulevard south of Magnolia Road will be closed for
removal and replacement of approximately 1500 feet of concrete pavement.

This work is being done as part of the City of Salina’s Capital Improvement Program for 2011. Construction is expected to be completed by October 31, 2011.

Southbound traffic will be shifted to share the northbound lanes on Belmont Boulevard for the duration of the closure. Drivers are urged to proceed with caution when traveling this route. Large trucks and buses are encouraged to find alternate routes.
