A 15-year-old Minneapolis girl was injured in a single vehicle accident shortly after 8AM Wednesday morning.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the teen was northbound on 150th approaching the intersection when the driver stepped on the gas instead of the brake. The vehicle then went through the intersection, and entered the north ditch.

The teen was transported to Ottawa County Hospital with injuries. No further information has been released.
