A 20-year-old man has been extradited from Fullerton California to Salina for having sex with a 13 year old girl on more than one occasion between April and August of last year .

Gary Noffsinger had moved from Salina, and a warrant for his arrest was issued in late February of this year.

He has been charged with rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
