Home sales totaled 64 units in August 2011 compared to 78 for August 2010. The average sales price for August 2011 was $116,158 as compared to
August 2010 of $122,512

Judy Mitchell, 2011 Salina Multiple Listing President, reports the year to date sales for January 1 to August 31, 2011 was down 9.6% compared to this same period in 2010.
