I look back at the 10th anniversay of the 9/11 attacks and honestly, I can’t believe what I saw from ground zero.
The new tower is still under construction. Is that all we could do in 10 years?
Shouldn’t we have owed it to the victims of that horrific day to have the tower done and had the grand opening that day? Or did New York and Washington political correctness of not offending anyone get in the way. How dare we not take the lead, but cower down to the rest of the world like we are going to offend if we don’t. We are a better nation than that. We are the greatest nation that GOD ever gave man and we should act like it.
I almost find it as a slap in the face, to the victims, that we didn’t have that tower done. America can do better. I still like Mark Steins idea of having a knuckle on one side of the tower and two on the other side of the tower and positioning it to the southeast as a special message to the taliban.
