A 35-year-old Assaria Woman was arrested Wednesday on requested charges of writing fraudulent prescriptions, and obtaining Lortab and Vyvanse by fraudulent means and unlawful use of a computer.

Shannon R. Starmer has allegedly been writing the false prescriptions while working as a nurse at Mowery Clinic since 2007, and had sent the prescriptions to three different pharmacies.

Starmer obtained 570 Lortab and an unknown amount of the Vyvanse .
