The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help in locating a missing Chapman man.

72-year-old Roy Conrad was last seen over the weekend at his home near Chapman. Conrad who is insulin dependent left home without shoes or medication and his car was at his home.

Conrad has a panther tattoo on one of his forearms. His social security number is tattooed on the other arm. Both a ground and air search has failed to turn up the whereabouts of Conrad.
