
Both defendants in the murder case of a 14 month old Salina boy made an appearance at the same time, Monday morning, in the Saline County Courtroom of Judge Renee Young for further scheduling in the case.
27-year-old Antonio Brown and 19-year-old Brittney Betzold will have their next court appearance on Monday December 12th at 10am.
Betzold and Brown are charged with felony murder in the death of Clayden Urbanek on October 4th who died as a result of bruises and internal injuries.
Betzold who cried and looked around during court was dressed in a red jail jumpsuit and cuffed. Brown was dressed in a dark t-shirt and jeans and was also cuffed.
Betzold is being represented by attorney Ron Evans and Brown is represented by public defender Pam Sullivan.
