Salina Police arrest three people on charges of aggravated burglary, conspiracy, theft and damage to property after they break into a triplex after luring the occupant away Thursday evening.

21-year-old Nathan Cunningham of 1103 N 7th, was invited to a friends house Thursday evening.

After he left, his brother who lives next door, heard someone break into Nathan’s home and when going to check on the noise, saw three people in the apartment and he recognized one of the people, and called police.

Taken in the burglary were X-Box games that have not been recovered.

Arrested were 18-year-old Alex Brandt 810 W South, 22-year-old Aaron Wanderwege 903 Mellinger, and 19-year-old Christy Piercy 132 W. Jewell .
