The Salina Police Department will be conducting a saturation patrol New Year’s Eve.

Lt. Russ Lamer says four officers will be looking for impaired drivers citywide, from 11PM New Year’s Eve-3AM New Year’s Day.

The saturation patrol is funded through the Impaired Driver Deterrence Program (IDDP) grant.
