A 43-year-old Salina woman was arrested on theft charges for taking money from an employer during the last month.

42-year-old Jean Cameron of 1221 Cresent, is alleged to have refunded money to her own credit card 20 different times between December 12th and January 2nd while employed at McDonald’s at 1100 E. Crawford.

The amount of money refunded was $945.16 .

The theft was discovered when accounting discovered a shortage.
