Sam Brownback continues to show disregard for his Oath of Office, the Rule of Law, the Constitution and his own personal word to his constituents. Brownback is pro-illegal alien, pro-open borders and actively favoring the Globalist Agenda.
He is eager to work with Accenture, a company that only last year paid $64 million to “settle” a federal case for ripping us off by submitting false statements, inflating its prices, giving and taking kickbacks… and which was fired by Kansas in 2005. Sam gave Accenture a waiver to submit an incomplete disclosure statement, a part of the requirements to apply for the KEES contract. Accenture thus did not disclose a case it had been fighting for a decade.
Sam’s henchmen in the House (O’Neil) killed the illegal alien bills in the 2011 session to appease the Gov’s business cronies. Now KS Ag. Secretary Rodman is seeking an unconstitutional waiver from the federal government, to again disregard the rule of law, and make a mockery of justice in Kansas by allowing illegal aliens to work in our state.
Remember Sam’s John-Kerry-esque flip-flopping vote(s) on the 2006 Ted Kennedy/John McCain Amnesty bill? (“I voted for the bill, before I voted against it!”)
We should recall Sam Brownback, for the sake of honesty and transparency in government, fair and open competition in business, the Constitution and for the overall good of the hard-working, law-abiding People of Kansas.
