Salina area home sales for February 2012 were 6% less than the same time period last year, February 2011.

Home sales totaled 47 units in February 2012 compared to 50 for February 2011. The average sales price for February 2012 was $100,904 as compared to
February 2011of $100,799.

Vicki Lance, 2012 Salina Multiple Listing President, reports that the year to date sales for 2012 is down only by 1.2% compared to 2011.
