Between 1am and 9:30am March 15th in the 300 block of S. Clark, someone picked up rocks from the nearby railroad tracks and threw them at a 2002 Ford Taurus.

The car’s windshield was chipped, the driver’s side window was broken out and the fender was dented.

The car is owned by 90-year-old Rosa Turner.

Damage estimated at $500.
