THE SITUATION IN REHAB

Snooki’s not the only Jersey Shore star trying to clean up her act.

The Situation has checked in to rehab for substance abuse, according to TMZ. His rep won’t confirm or deny the story, only saying he “has spent the past several weeks at an undisclosed location for much needed rest and recuperation after his extensive production and appearance schedule.”

Jersey Shore’s season finale airs tonight on MTV and filming for season six is set to begin in the summer.

ZSA ZSA’S DAUGHTER ASKS FOR CONSERVATOR TO OVERSEE MOM

Zsa Zsa Gabor’s daughter Francesca Hilton is asking a judge to appoint a conservator to oversee her mother’s finances and medical care.

Francesca claims her mother’s ninth husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, is keeping the star “increasingly isolated” and “heavily sedated,” and she questions his handling of her finances.

At a news conference at his home yesterday, Prince Frederic disputed the need for a conservator. “My wife doesn’t complain,” he said. “She says she’s in a good condition, she feels good.”

Zsa Zsa, who’s been plagued by medical problems in recent years, is confined to a bed.

A hearing is scheduled for May 2nd.

RICHARD GERE CALLS PRETTY WOMAN “SILLY”

Richard Gere is no longer in love with his hit movie Pretty Woman.

In an interview with Woman’s Day magazine in Australia, the actor called the 1990 movie a “silly romantic comedy” and contends that it glorifies men on Wall Street. He said, “It made those guys seem dashing, which was wrong. Thankfully, today, we are all more skeptical of those guys.”

Gere is promoting his newest film, Arbitrage, in which he plays another Wall Street fat cat. But unlike Pretty Woman, he describes the drama as a “much more serious movie that has some real cause and effect.”
