Burglary-Theft. Between March 29th and March 30th Craftsman mechanic and hand tools drill set and automotive tools taken from a garage the home of Richard Clements in 700 block of N. 4th. Case reported to police on April 6th. Loss placed at $869.

Damage to property. Between Midnight and 7:50pm on April 6th and windshield is shattered in a SUV and 4 windows, and a screen door window broken in the home of Judy Boyer in the 1200 block of N. 3rd . Damage estimated at $505.

Theft. Between 10pm April 6th and 12:45am April 7th, speaker box with 2 speakers taken from the trunk of 1998 Honda Civic owned by Christopher Willis while parked in 1200 block of W. Republic. Loss estimated at $600.

Burglary Theft. Between 1am and 10am at 737 Fairdale a purse taken that was in the car of Shelby Baxter. In addition to the purse taken was a digital camera, 2 IPOD NANOS, and $50 cash. No sign of forced entry. Loss placed at $701.

Damage to property. Between March 31st and April 5th a caustic substance was sprayed on a car owned by Billie Jo Glavin while parked in the 500 block of South Street.
paint was removed down to the metal where substance was sprayed. Damage estimated at $700.
