Salina area home sales for March 2012 showed an increase by 24.6% than the same time period last year, March 2011.

Home sales totaled 76 units in March 2012 compared to 61 for March 2011 The average sales price for March 2012 was $119,487 as compared to
March 2011of $123,562.

Vicki Lance, 2012 Salina Multiple Listing President, reports that the year to date sales for 2012 is up by 7.2% compared to 2011. Activity in the Salina Area Market continues to be brisk.
