A 45-year-old Salina man was arrested early Thursday morning on charges of aggravated arson and battery.

Darrell Rico was arrested after getting into a argument with a woman at a west-central Salina home around 1:10AM .

During the argument, Rico is alleged to have gotten a can of hairspray, and set the spray on fire, making a torch, and trying to set a magazine on fire.
