A Shawnee Mission, Kan., man has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for producing child pornography, U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said today.
Steven Miller, 30, Shawnee Mission, Kan., pleaded guilty to a charge of producing child pornography. In his plea, he admitted that investigators found child pornography he produced on computer hard drives. The photos showed Miller sexually abusing a three-year-old boy.
The abuse took place in 2003 while Miller was living in Overland Park, Kan.
