Record High In Salina Tuesday – Another Record Expected Today – Storms Thursday

Salina set a new record high of 95 degrees, Tuesday. The previous record was 94 degrees.

Salina is expected to set another record Wednesday with a high of 95. The record is 94 degrees which was set back in 1989.

Today: Sunny, with a high near 95. South southwest wind 5 to 11 mph becoming west northwest.

Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 61. North northeast wind around 14 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Thursday: Storms are expected to develop over western Kansas late Thursday afternoon and track east overnight. Central and north-central Kansas will have the best chance to experience a storm Thursday night
