An abundant amount of rain has already fallen over southeastern Kansas during the last two nights and more precipitation this morning and then again tonight could continue to cause flash flooding. Severe weather is possible late this afternoon and evening with the main threat being large hail and strong winds, but a tornado cannot be ruled out.
