Police arrested a 27-year-old Salina man in connection with a report of shots fired near the area of Phillips and Morrison Streets early Thursday morning.

Christian DeLeon, 727 Morrison, is charged with the unlawful discharge of a firearm within city limits for the incident that occurred at his home Thursday. Police found three large-caliber handgun shell casings on DeLeon’s front porch. No injuries were reported.
