Fred Lindell Shelby

Fred Lindell Shelby, 69, of Salina, passed away Thursday, May 10th, at Salina Regional Health Center.

Fred was born in Salina on July 17, 1942, to the late Bessie (Birch) and Fred C. Shelby.

He was the husband of Tina  (Honea) Shelby, she survives.

Fred is  also survived by his two daughters, Crystal (Bob) Montague, of Salina, and Shannon Laflen, of Salina; brothers, James (Betty) Shelby, of Salina, and Dick (Loretta Griffith) of Culver, Kansas; sisters, Anita (Bob) Young, of Salina, Charlotte Laten, of Salina, and Betty (Max) Hartzel, of Texas; as well as grandchildren, Colton Shelby, Chase Laflen, and Chanler Laflen.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bill Griffith.

Cremation has been chosen and memorial services will be held at a later date.
