A 70-year-old Salina man was arrested Monday morning on charges of lewd and lascivious behavior and criminal trespassing.

Lt. Scott Siemsen of the Salina Police Department says Dennis Gress was found in the backyard of a neighbor in the 800 block of W. Ash with his pants below his knees, exposing his genitals and buttocks about 9:20 Monday morning.

Gress was arrested last December for lewd and lascivious behavior, and criminal sodomy after being sexually gratified by a dog through a fence around the same backyard. Gress was released from jail Monday after posting bond.
