A Salina man was jailed Monday afternoon on 2 counts of aggravated assault.

19-year-old Vondel Johnson is alleged to have been in an argument with Arron Presley and Misty Chariker, at their home in the 400 block of S. 11th about 12:40pm.

Johnson pointed a handgun at the pair and left.

The gun was an air-soft gun, and was recovered at Johnson’s home where he was arrested a short time later.
