Police Seek Help From Public In Finding Two Men

Salina Police are asking for help from the public in locating to men who led officers on brief chases.

Police have issued a warrant for felony fleeing and eluding for 26-year-old Zachariah Humphreys, who did not stop for police around 4:25 pm on Friday June 8th.

Officers tried to stop Humphreys near Phillips and Bishop, and speeds in the brief pursuit reached 50 miles per hour before being called off.

Humphreys also has several misdemeanor warrants in municipal court.

Then, just after 1am Wednesday morning, officers tried to make a traffic stop on 29-year-old Brandon Cunningham at 9th and Walnut for outstanding municipal court warrants.

Cunningham took off and reached speeds of 80 miles per hour on Broadway, before the pursuit was called off.

Cunningham also fled on foot from officers early Tuesday afternoon. In addition to the municipal court warrants, Cunningham also now faces a charge of felony flee and elude.
