1. Visit www.expresspros.com/eoy between May 11 and July 17, 2012.
2. Complete the nomination form and include the password: eoy2012.
3. The associate nominated must have worked in a temporary or contract
position or placed in a direct hire position through Express Employment
Professionals after Oct. 1, 2011.
