A 21-year-old Salina man was arrested early Sunday morning on charges of criminal damage to property.

Nicholas Weidner was allegedly seen by witnesses puncturing the tires on the car of an Emporia man who was visiting his estranged wife in the 600 block of S. Front just after midnight.

Damage to the tires is placed at $800.
