A Salina man reported a vehicle theft Monday.

51-year-old Michael Banninger says his 1991 Grand Am was taken while it was parked in the 700-block of W. Walnut between 11:45pm Sunday night and 12:03am Monday morning.

The car was not locked and the keys were under the floor mat.

Loss placed at $1,000.
