A 23-year-old Salina man, opposed to the petition drive to put the repeal of the LGBT anti-discrimination ordinance to a vote, has been cited for damage to property and disorderly conduct.
Michael Levier is alleged to have to gone to Sunset Plaza about 6pm Tuesday evening where signatures were being gathered for the petition, by 63-year-old Carol Reed, and 62-year-old Cheryl Harp both of Salina, and scribbled out 6 names on the petition.
Levier is also accused of shouting obscenities to the women before driving off.
The women got the license plate number and called police, who located Levier and issued the citations.
