Two central Kansas men have been indicted by a federal grand jury on drug charges.
44-year-old Brian Douglas Pokrandt, of Salina, and 30-year-old Rodrigo Ruiz-Macias,Abilene, each are charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
The crimes are alleged to have occurred April 6, 2012, in Saline County, Kan.
If convicted, Pokrandt faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison and a fine up to $1 million.
If convicted, Ruiz-Macias faces a penalty of not less than five years and not more than 40 years and a fine up to $5 million. The Salina Drug Task Force investigated.
