Hutchinson Business Man Busted Again For Allegedly Selling Drugs

A 35-year-old Hutchinson business man that was arrested back on June 19 on drug distribution charges, was arrested again Monday morning.

According to Reno County Sheriff Officials, at around 11 am, members of the Reno County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jason Hadley, of 2900 Acres Road Apt 121, on the charge of 3-counts of the sale of methamphetamine. The sales occurring over the last 10 days.

Hadley’s previous case is still pending action on a waiver-status docket.

Hadley who owns Caribbean Tan in Hutchinson was free on a $29,000 bond in the first case for allegedly being in possession of steroids.

Hadley reportedly returned home as the search was being conducted, Monday. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a flashlight, that contained 18-grams of ice methamphetamine.

Hadley is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell within a 1,000 feet of Holly Cross School, possession of steroids with intent to sell, and no drug tax stamp.

Hadleys bond on the new counts is set at $75,000.00.
