Sleep Improves Your Heart & Reduces Stress

One of the 10 Healthy Habits of the American Heart Association to fight stress is to get enough sleep.

Try to get six to eight hours of sleep each night. If you can’t sleep, take steps to help reduce stress and depression. Physical activity also may improve the quality of your sleep.

A great way to make sure you are sleeping like a baby is by joining us for a walk during the Salina Heart Walk on October 7th. Join us for a great time and a great cause! It will do your heart good!
