SES Volleyball Starts 2-0

The first action of the new season for the Southeast of Saline volleyball team was at Minneapolis Tuesday. The results were good ones for the Lady Trojans and Head Coach Kristy Rodriguez as SES swept Clay Center and Minneapolis in its first two matches of the season. The Trojans defeated Clay Center 25-23, 25-17 and Minneapolis 25-16, 25-22.
McKenna White led Southeast with 18 kills, 11 blocks and four stuff blocks. Lindsay Poague had 13 points, eight kills and nine blocks; Erica Montgomery 10 points, six kills and seven blocks; Brooke Christie 17 points, 23 kills, 18 blocks and seven stuff blocks; and Callie Calahan 13 points and 37 assists.
