SOUND OFF

1. I hear the City Manager will not allow the firefighters to collect money for MDA in the streets like they always have in the past. I think it’s just wrong and the City Manager needs to allow that to happen. The firefighters have been doing that for years.

2. I’m a republican and I think it’s pretty silly that the democrats were scared into mentioning jerusalem as the capital of Israel. Who cares? It has nothing to do with the United States of America. Stop worrying about what other countries are doing and focus on what is happening here. So stupid.

3. Romney stinks and Obama stinks. Bring back Clinton. Better to have (you know)jobs than no jobs.

4. Mrs. Obama said the president is just like me. No, I am not a communist.

5. Are there people in Salina that honestly believe the bible is factual? I mean, honestly? I’m a christian and I know it’s not factual. Just nice stories. If you believe it is factual, then it’s pretty easy to understand why students in the U.S. score so low in science.

6. Can the city do anything to clean up the north end? I drove into Salina from I-70 on 9th Street and it really is an eyesore. I just don’t know if the city can possibly do anything about it.
