Updated And Correction: Computer Hard Drives Taken In Business Burglary

Update Salina Police have said there was no cash taken in the burglary. They had earlier reported money was taken in the burglary.

Thieves make off with cash and a pair of computer hard drives from a Salina Business from early Wednesday evening to early Thursday morning.

An employee of Cross-Midwest Tire at Broadway and Crawford discovered the burglary after returning from his route just after 1:30am, discovered file cabinets had been

pried open. The hard drives of two computers was taken . Loss and damage estimated at $700. There was no sign of forced entry to the building.
