An Andover woman was injured in a single vehicle rollover accident near Herington, shortly before 9:00 am Monday.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 21-year-old Annette K. Walters was northbound on U-56 and drifted onto the gravel shoulder on the east side of the roadway. Walters then lost control, causing the vehicle to rollover 2 times coming to rest on it’s wheels in a grass field on the east side of the roadway facing east.

Walters was transported to the Herington Municipal Hospital with injuries. Her condition was not immediately available.
