Burglary. Between October 12th and October 15th, a rental property in the 200-block of S. 4th owned by Prime Properties of Kansas was broke into. Taken was a electric paint sprayer, a bucket of hand tools and a new bathtub drain set. Loss and damage placed at $1,822.

Residential Burglary. Between October 13th and October 15th, someone broke into the home of 26 year old Jared Shinn in the 1900-block of Glendale. Taken was a 40″ LED TV, and a PlayStation 3 game system and two controllers. Loss and damage placed at $850.

Theft. Between October 12th and October 15th a 2008 JCL 50cc moped red in color with sliver lettering was taken from the Kansas Wesleyan University Campus. The moped had not been tagged, and is owned by 20 year old Tonya Powers. Loss placed at $500.
