SOUND OFF
1. As a liberal, I love Obamas performance in the debate. But as an American, with all the emphasis given to the Ohio undecided voter, or uneducated voter as both parties call them, why is the rest of us even voting at all. I would assume both parties are frustrated with the fact that our election system has moved to a point that the most important people in an election anymore are people in Ohio that cant seem to figure out anything. Look people, these two candidates are night and day difference. I dont care if your conservative or liberal, but to be honest if you dont know who you like by now, please, step away from the voter box because you clearly have not payed attention to either sides argument. Im sick of the rest of us not mattering. Ohio, do your research and make up your dang mind. Im liberal, I have friends strong conservative, but none of us are so obtuse to actually say we dont know yet. PAY ATTENTION! Or get out of all our way! We are trying to decide whats best f! or our country.
2. “The day of individual happiness has passed.” Just curious if anyone can name the author of this quote?
3. The question is for employers. What is the point in having applications online if you’re only going to tell the applicant to apply at a temp service agency?
4. Hey dummies. Turn off your fog lights. It’s not foggy, raining or snowing. You should get a ticket.
5. I was in Northern Oklahoma this past weekend. In Bartlesville, regular unleaded gasoline was $3.24 cents a gallon. After crossing into Kansas, approximately 25 to 30 miles, the same was $3.69 cents per gallon- thats up $0.45. That’s ridiculous. $3.59 in Wichita and then $3.48 in Salina. Somebody, is money hungry. I would also like to say. Hats off to McPherson county for having the smoothest surface on interstate 135. Thank you.
6. I don’t like either of them, but Romney seemed like a bully. Obama seemed far more presidential.
7. Kudos to McDonalds! I like that they put up the calories on their drive-thru menu.
