SOUND OFF

1. Has the little Dillons on Iron closed yet? I haven’t heard anything about it recently, and apparently it was the end of the world for some people.

2. I don’t know why everybody is complaining about art and you know we got plenty of it for free around town here. I just went by on South Broadway and all them nice pretty weeds in the medians, and then out there were state street hits old 40. I mean to tell ya thats some pretty pretty art right there. That, yall, is art.

3. The Led Zeppelin movie premiered…the closest theater playing it was in Kansas city. What a bummer. I’m glad they are releasing it on DVD though, the O2 arena was their last major performance! (John Bonham’s son played with them for obvious reasons.)

4. It’s friday! Where should we meet for a round of extreme kite flying? Its the patriotic thing to do.

5. Say Americans woke up and realized that both presidential nominees were no good- and by some chance, they all penciled in another nominee- and he ended up getting the most votes. What would the outcome be?

6. We need a minimum speed limit on Ohio. Driving 20 on Ohio should be illegal. It’s just as dangerous as the people driving too fast.

7. Mitt is going to lose this election. If we would have voted in a real conservative like Santorum we would have a chance right now.
