1. I really wish we could change the date for Halloween for the last Saturday of October instead of the 31st. Would make it much better for the kids to have it on a weekend.

2. Vote yes for morals, standards, and family values.

3. It’s a sad day in America. When the president can sit and watch four Americans die on on T. V. like he was watching Nickelodeon- then go to bed. Get up the next day, and go fundraising with Beyonce and Jayzee and still get 48% in the polls.

4. Our founding fathers would slap the tar out of us if they could see what we have let our government to become. We need all political parties. The two major ones, democrats and republicans, were designed to work together for the greater good, not against each to benefit themselves. Republicans were founded to represent the states interest, while democrats were to represent the people. Now we have both parties trying to do their job and the other parties job. No wonder our country is on the fast track to burning out. We need our leaders to do the job they were meant to.

5. I’m just wondering if anybody has an idea what’s happening with the fountains in the pond at Jerry Ivey park. With the cold weather, that pond is gonna freeze and we won’t have any birds around. So I hope someone looking out for that and will get it taken care of.

6. We will never correct our problems in this country until we have 3 or more political parties. The 2 party system isn’t gonna work.

7. The K-State bandwagon is beyond capacity. I can’t imagine what it’ll be like if they make it to the National Championship game.
