UPDATE: 71-year-old Johnnie Ray Kilpatrick of Minneapolis, has been booked into the Saline County Jail on two counts of attempted 1st degree murder.

ORIGINAL: Shortly after 1 AM, police and medics were dispatched to the apartment complex at 1115 E. Iron after a report of a shooting.

Police found one person in front of the building with two gunshot wounds, one to the head and one to the torso and a second victim was found on the third floor of the apartment complex.

Their conditions are unknown at this time.

A suspect was arrested at the scene.
