A 29-year-old Arkansas man is jailed in Reno County associated with inappropriate involvement with a 10-year-old child.
Dustin K. Kennedy from Ash Flat, Arkansas is charged with aggravated criminal sodomy or in the alternative aggravated indecent liberties with a child. That means he could be found guilty of one or the other, but not both. The alleged crime occurring back on November 10, 2011.
He made an appearance on the charges this morning and was read the complaint by Judge Joe McCarville. He left the bond at $50,000.00 and set the case on his waiver-status docket for November 14, 2012.
