A 16-year-old Salina boy is in jail on charges of aggravated battery for stabbing a 26-year-old man more than once during a party early Sunday morning.
Lt. Scott Siemsen says that Justin Howard is alleged to have stabbed the victim at 612 W. Prescott, around 4:30am.
The victim was taken to Salina Regional Health Center for treatment of his stab wounds which are believed to be non-life threatening.
Another 16-year-old at the party was hit in the head, but did not require any medical treatment.
Lt. Siemsen says further arrest are possible. Howard was arrested at the scene.
