A 2001 Mustang is considered a total loss after someone vandalized it while parked in the backyard of its owner.

Between 11:00pm Thursday and 7:20am Friday, someone cut all the tires, shredded the convertible top, and seats, cut the power steering hose, punctured the radiator, cut the hoses, and the air conditioner lines and punched a hole in a side panel of the car owned by Cheryl Conklin who lives in the 600 block of Morrison.

Loss is placed at $10,000.
