On 12/02/12 me and my family were at Goodwill here in Salina. When my three year old boy leaned over and accidently pushed a button on the cash register, the cashier brutally twisted his arm and bruised him.

Until now nobody has done anything. Does she have to fracture a toddler’s arm to be arrested?
